My story

The strategy became personal.

After more than two decades in marketing and brand strategy, I reached a season of midlife where everything looked successful from the outside, but something deeper was calling.

At the same time, I was beginning a new chapter in my career, watching my daughter grow into hers, and learning how much life can ask of us as daughters, too. I knew how to help brands clarify their message, define their identity, and show up with intention. I needed to turn that same care inward.

Find Yourself After 40 grew from that honest work. It is a space for women who are ready to reclaim confidence, style, wellness, purpose, and the story they tell about themselves.
