Private career coaching

Career Coach
for Women.

You do not need to have your whole future mapped out. You need a place to hear yourself, see the value in what you have built, and decide what a more honest next move could look like.

Your experience is not a detour

You have more to work with
than you may realize.

When work stops fitting, it is easy to make the problem sound smaller than it is. You tell yourself you should be grateful, wait until things settle down, or figure it out alone. Meanwhile, the question keeps returning: Is this really how I want to spend my time and energy?

Career coaching gives that question the attention it deserves. Stacey helps you look at your work history, strengths, values, responsibilities, and hopes together, not as separate problems to solve. The goal is not to force a dramatic reinvention. It is to make a choice that respects the woman you are now.

With more than 20 years in marketing, communications, and brand strategy, Stacey brings a clear-eyed way of finding the through-line in your experience. You will leave with language for what you do well, a clearer sense of what you want next, and an action you can take without pretending certainty comes first.

What we can work through together

01

Get honest about what is not working.

Sort out whether the tension is about the role, the workplace, the pace, the people, your confidence, or a deeper need for work that feels more like yours.

02

Turn experience into a direction.

See the patterns, strengths, and stories you have built so far, then use them to evaluate possibilities instead of starting from a blank page.

03

Choose a move you can stand behind.

Leave with a practical next step, whether that is a conversation, an experiment, a boundary, a visibility plan, or time set aside to explore a real option.

For the woman at a professional crossroads

Your next move can be
thoughtful, not rushed.

You may be good at your job and no longer feel connected to it. You may have spent years carrying a team, caring for a family, or making the practical choice, and now want to ask what would make work feel more sustainable or meaningful. You may want to return after time away, build something of your own, or take your experience more seriously than you have before.

These are not small questions, and they rarely have tidy answers. A career decision is often tangled up with energy, income, family needs, identity, confidence, and fear of getting it wrong. Stacey creates a private, steady place to name those realities without letting them make every possibility feel impossible.

This is especially useful if you keep circling the same idea without acting on it, cannot explain what you want in a way that feels true, or feel that your professional story needs a clearer shape. The work stays grounded. You will not be pushed into a five-year plan or a version of ambition that does not fit your life.

Instead, you will identify what deserves more attention, what you want to protect, and what would give you better information. Sometimes that means testing a new direction. Sometimes it means finding a more honest way to work where you are. Either way, the next step should belong to you.

Next Chapter.

$197 · 90-minute private session

Bring the work question that has been following you. Before the session, you will complete a short intake so Stacey can understand where you are and what you want to explore. During your private Zoom conversation, you will look beneath the most urgent question and find the patterns that can point you toward a more useful direction.

You might examine the gap between what you are known for and what you want to be known for. You might identify the conditions you need in your next role, decide how to make a change less risky, or choose one conversation that can open a door. You will also receive personalized follow-up resources to help the insight stay connected to real life.

This is not a scripted assessment or a sales call in disguise. It is focused support for the moment when you are ready to stop carrying the whole decision by yourself.

Frequently asked questions

A clearer career conversation
starts here.

Who is career coaching for?

This work is for women who are capable and experienced, but no longer feel clear about the direction they want to take. You may be considering a change, returning after time away, ready to be more visible, or simply tired of pushing through work that no longer fits.

Do I need to be ready to leave my job?

No. You do not have to arrive with a resignation letter or a fully formed plan. Coaching can help you decide whether the next move is a new role, a new way of using your strengths, a more visible professional presence, or a more intentional approach to the work you already do.

What happens in a Find Your Next Chapter session?

You will complete a pre-session intake, meet privately with Stacey for 90 minutes, and receive personalized follow-up resources. The session creates room to name the real question, connect it to your experience, and choose a practical next move.

Will you write my resume or place me in a job?

No. Stacey does not provide recruiting, job placement, or resume-writing services. Her work helps you clarify the direction, message, and next steps that make those practical decisions easier to approach with confidence.

Is career coaching the same as therapy or career counseling?

No. Stacey offers reflective coaching and practical brand strategy for your next chapter. It is not a substitute for mental-health care, licensed career counseling, legal advice, or financial advice.
