I know what it feels like when life looks successful from the outside, but something deeper is calling. My own midlife chapter brought a career change, watching my daughter grow into hers, and learning how much life asks of us as daughters, too. It is practical support for a life or work transition, not a promise that you need to become a different person.
No. A career change can be part of the conversation, but it does not have to be. Women come to this work when their role at home has shifted, their confidence has changed, a long-held ambition is asking for attention, or they simply want their life to feel more like their own again.
You will meet with Stacey for three private 60-minute sessions. The work begins with honest reflection, then moves into the strengths, values, and possibilities that matter now. You will also receive a workbook, email support, and a purpose roadmap to help you carry your insights into everyday decisions.
No. You do not need a polished goal, a new job title, or a five-year plan. The package is designed for the in-between season, when you know something needs attention but need support putting language and direction around it.
No. Stacey offers reflective coaching and brand strategy grounded in real-life next steps. It is not a substitute for mental-health care, licensed career counseling, legal advice, or financial advice.
