When your work question is a life question
Maybe you have built a career you are proud of, but it no longer gives you the same energy. Maybe you are good at what you do and still find yourself wondering where the more alive part of you has gone. Or perhaps a family change, a season of caregiving, an empty nest, or a milestone birthday has made an old question harder to ignore: what do I want my life and work to hold now?
That is not a frivolous question. It is often the question beneath the practical ones: Should I look for a different role? Go back to school? Start something of my own? Say yes to an opportunity? Say no to work that costs too much? You do not need to solve every part of your future before you are allowed to explore it.
Life purpose and career coaching with Stacey gives the whole question a place to land. Together, you will connect what matters to you with the strengths, experience, and real-world limits you are working with, then choose a next move that feels both honest and possible.
What this work can make possible
Look beyond a job title and notice how your work, energy, relationships, values, and responsibilities are shaping the decision in front of you.
Name the strengths, interests, and experiences that have stayed with you, even when life has been too busy to give them proper attention.
Leave with a conversation, experiment, boundary, or research step that gives you clearer information instead of more pressure to have everything figured out.
This may be the right space for you if
You may be successful on paper and quietly restless in private. You may feel pulled toward a new kind of work, but worry that it is too late, too risky, or too inconvenient for everyone who depends on you. You may have been carrying so much that even wanting something different can feel selfish.
Or maybe the opposite is true: you have so many possible paths that you cannot tell which one is yours. A new job, a consulting idea, teaching, creative work, leadership, a return after time away, and a slower life can all sound appealing. The goal is not to chase every option. It is to understand what each one is really asking of you and what it makes room for.
Stacey brings more than 20 years of marketing, communications, and brand strategy experience to this work, along with lived midlife perspective. She knows how to ask the questions that get beneath a polished answer, then turn what you discover into a next step that works in the life you have today.
A focused place to begin
The Find Your Next Chapter session is for the question that has been following you around. Before you meet, you will complete a short intake so Stacey can understand the season you are in. In your session, you will make room for the practical facts and the feelings that are easy to push aside when you are trying to be sensible.
You might leave with a clearer way to describe the work you want, a decision you are ready to test, a conversation to have, or a gentler way to explore a possibility before making a major change. Afterward, you will receive personalized follow-up resources so the insight does not disappear the moment the call ends.

Questions you may be carrying
This kind of coaching helps when your work question is also a life question. Stacey gives you a private place to look at what feels unfinished, what you want your work to make room for, and the next step that fits your responsibilities as well as your ambitions.
No. You may be considering a new role, a return after time away, a business idea, a more creative direction, or a different way to use the experience you already have. You can begin before you have decided exactly what needs to change.
No. Meaningful work matters, but so do your energy, relationships, time, identity, and the version of yourself you want to become. Coaching looks at the whole picture so a career decision does not have to be made in isolation from the life it will shape.
You will have a private 90-minute session with a short pre-session intake and personalized follow-up resources. Stacey helps you name the real question, notice the patterns in what you are carrying, and leave with a practical next move you can take without putting your whole life on hold.
